Tired of renting; of not having your own space? Is there a lot of noise over your head or are you the one making all the noise? Did you have to give your dog or cat away to live in a rental house or apartment? Are you loving your Landlord a little less these days? Maybe your Landlord isn't feeling so good about you either. Maybe you say, "it is not the right time". Then ask yourself "when will the time be right"? You may not be ready to jump right into a house, so then take baby steps. The important thing is that you are moving in the right direction. You may need to do credit repair, and there are credit repair specialist who can assist you with increasing your credit score which will serve to lower your interest rate (and your mortgage payment). Need to work a little longer on your job to show job stability, or maybe you need a second job to show more income.

Remember, Rome was not built in a day, nor does home ownership occur in one day!

One thing for sure you will get older if you take no action, but getting older is not so hard if you are in the comfort of your own home. Talk with the experts, obtain the right advice.
